New Product News from Gulden Ophthalmics
ELKINS PARK, PA -- Gulden Ophthalmics, known
for developing and marketing highly beneficial, practical tools that
professionals use to make their practices more efficient and effective,
introduces two combination tools that combine colorful, flashing-light
fixation points with a handheld occluder for use with children.
The blank side of the tool serves as an
occluder; the other side is a colorful butterfly with flashing lights in the
Model 15203,
while the Model 15204
is a flashing light star. The flashing LED lamps help introduce motion into
the fixation point and the attractive designs are bound to bring smiles to
children. By attracting attention, the fixation points help the practitioner
gain better visual access to the eye’s interior during exams. Their
child-friendly design and LEDS help focus children’s attention and provide a
focal point for several different types of eye function testing.
Practitioners will find the tools extremely
helpful when working with children and even some adults and senior citizens.
Each tool is supplied with a long-life button battery to power the LEDs. These
products complement the Gulden line of occluders, which has always set the
