The new 2008 R.O. Gulden Award – named in recognition of Gulden Ophthalmics’ founder – will be awarded to the best product idea, concept, or challenge that results in a new Gulden time-saving or patient service improvement product. As with many of the items in Gulden’s product lineup, Gulden will help design, develop, promote, and market the product idea. The product will be featured in Gulden literature and on the Gulden website and sold through its distributor network.
