The Eye Alignment Near Card (EANC), is a test that measures vertical and horizontal muscle balance at near that is excellent for vision therapy. It is used with a penlight and a Maddox rod, instructions and referral criteria are included on the card. The EANC is a 10 1/2" X 8 1/2" white durable vinyl card with a 16" distance string and Maddox rod.
