When an eye is severely damaged by trauma or disease, it may be necessary to remove it surgically. The most common procedures are evisceration (removal of the contents) or enucleation (removal of the eye itself).

Sterilized Surgery Ready eye spheres and conformers is a cost savings alternative to using unsterile eye spheres and conformers. So many Gulden customers have realized the advantages, cost savings, and increased patient safety by using sterilized spheres and conformers.

• Technician time savings
• No need to plan a day in advance to obtain a sterile product
• Savings in equipment purchase price, wear and tear, and maintenance
• Savings in quality control, validation, and tracking
