This Amsler grid is modified to a convenient size and magnetized for placement on the patients refrigerator or magnetic surface, where it serves as a daily reminder to check for distortion or changes in vision. The grid also promotes your services by providing space at the bottom for your name and telephone number. Information can be typed or imprinted by Gulden, call for a quote. The Amsler grid is a valuable tool for detecting central visual field distortion which may indicate the onset of macular degeneration, a common cause of vision impairment in people over 60. This magnetized modified Amsler grid allows your patients to perform a simple, daily self-administered test. Printed on a 3" x 3" magnetized rubber card, the grid is supplied in sets of 10 with a pad of 12 patient instruction sheets.
