This English to Spanish translated Wormington Card is specifically designed to be a corrected Rosenbaum Card. The known inaccuracies of the "Rosenbaum Vision Screener", as noted by Horton and Jones (1997) and others, have been corrected in the Wormington Card. The "J" notation is specifically not used because the lack of standards associated with it. Using this card, the eye professional can measure a patient's single letter near acuity and reading acuity. Single letters and narrative are shown to accomplish this. The font used is "New Roman Times", a typical font for newspapers and books.
