The Anti
Suppression Eye Test Card increases Simultaneous Binocular
Vision. The Anti Suppression Eye Test Card is to be used with
red and green glasses.
The Eger
Near Point Eye Test Card references many common print
sizes, from newspaper headline to textbook, to contract small
print. The eye test card is printed black on yellow for increased
contrast and features an acuity equivalent chart from 20/1000
to 20/20 Snellen. Other eye test card notations used are Jaeger,
Lower Case Point, M notation, Size in mm, Visual Angle, and
Print equivalent.
Fixation
sticks and pediatric
fixation sticks are an eye test card designed for detailed
accommodation stimulating targets. For use alone or together.
Precisely calibrated with very durable printing.
The Home
Vision Eye Test Card is a take home distance, near vision
card and Amsler Grid with directions for Macular Degeneration
patients.
The
Neumueller Eye Test Card, which had not previously been
available for some years was very popular years ago and is
now available again. The eye test card measures 14 cm by 11.5
cm and is made of white, durable, opaque plastic. As you can
note, the print on the eye test card is designated in both
"M" and "J" notation.
A new version of the Chronister
Pocket Acuity Eye Test Card is now available in the International/Pediatric
format. Excellent for quick screenings of acuity, the Pediatric
Chronister Pocket Acuity Eye Test Card offers twenty-three
pages of targets, from 20/220 to 20/10. The pocket eye test
card also contains a conversion chart to change Snellen targets
to any distance. The Pediatric Chronister Acuity Eye Test
Card measures 4 x 5 1/2 inches, spiral bound with pages laminated
for durability.
The Wormington
Eye Test Card is specifically designed to be a corrected
Rosenbaum Eye Test Card. The "J" notation on the
Wormington Eye Test Card is specifically not used because
the lack of standards associated with it. Using this eye test
card, the eye professional can measure a patient's single
letter near acuity and reading acuity. The
font on this eye test card is "New
Roman Times", a typical font for newspapers and books.
A series of tumbling "E", a metric scale, and pupil
size array add to the eye
test card's versatility.
